Tavo from Cabo should be the entertainment director not the asst. Director. This is what irritates me about human resource departments and their jaded decisions! Mario, George, Giuseppe, and Fransico great restaurant managers all 10 days went above and beyond! Alix FD manager on cruise should be rewarded by Princess as an elite performer of service!

Fransico and Eusepio great waiters! oh yea, to keep it real stay away from Ivy all she said, "Is that it! " The cruise was a 4 and a half stars because of Ivy and the two performers across the hall who smoked the whole time in a room with no balcony! It wasn't until the last day that we figured out room 109 was the culprit of our room smelling like smoke the whole time! The excursions in Puerta Vallerta were reasonably priced. a a a a a a a a a a

Cabin Review

My steward was a five the two performers who smoked the whole time were a zero! We didn't figure it out until the night before the cruise ended when they had their door open!
