We would like to thank MSC for a wonderful cruise to west Caribbean aboard Divina. In the midst of an upsurge of Covid infections, MSC crew did what they could to give us an enjoyable and memorable trip. We have done multiple cruise trips in last 10 years, last one being on Princess Majestic just a month ago, but never on MSC. To be honest, we had relatively low expectation for this trip, based on reading of some prior reviews and our own concern about Covid. But, MSC has far exceeded our expectations and we know we would have no hesitation to go back on another MSC cruise in the future.

So, let’s start with one problem that also contributed to our low expectation. It was MSC’s website. We tried to register our credit card information and complete web check-in on more than 10 separate occasions over a span of two to three weeks. It never worked. In the end, we had to call and a representative, who acknowledged website problems, emailed us our travel documents. For a large company like MSC, it seemed very odd that it could not get its website (i.e., its face to general public) to work properly over such a long period of time.

Despite some initial uncertainties, our perception of MSC and Divina changed very quickly. Here are what we particularly enjoyed during this cruise.

Cabin Review

Our balcony cabin was very functional and served our needs.
