7th cruise we've been on and 1st with MSC. The other cruises we were on (HAL, NCL, RC and celebrity) were very enjoyable experiences but this cruise has put me off. Obviously never cruising with MSC again, but it may be a while before we cruise again after this experience.

- Check in person took 30mins to sort out our room keys and we still couldn't get on the ship and had to wait with security for another 30mins.
