we’ll where do I even start from the beginning they held us ip at the gate right away when we arrived because we took the covid test one day earlier which is stupid because unvaccinated people only have to have the test two days before and not three like vaccinated people so that was the first hassle THEN we get on the boat and the buffet is trash food no flavor all cold and the meats were cold as heck which was the main course prime rib horrible and cold. THEN my husband buys drinks and they put a limit on him when we have unlimited package which sucked ! On top of everything that make this experience horrific was we went all the way to Catalina Island for the captain to tell everyone they won’t be picking us up to go to the island so we miss going there . We got stuck on that boat for 4 days total out of a 5 day cruise we never got off to Catalina island and THEN we went to Ensenada only to stay for 1 day a couple hours and get back on the boat. They cancelled all the excursions too off the boat which sucked. They didn’t make up any days of Catalina island and it was very poorly organized by the ships staff. We could have made up for Catalina island by staying on Ensenada a extra day but NO. It’s impossible to get in contact with someone over the phone post trip for a compensation for the one island . That’s what o paid for it would e been cheaper on half of it was only one island. Ruined the whole trip.
