I know will all that is going on in the world today there is much that is changed. However, we pay the same and get shortchanged... We were tested 4 times, still had to wear masks, fine, I get it. Ship was at less than 50%, sadly this also meant you got 50% of the service. Some staff went above and beyond, other areas of the ship were very lacking in service.

Large dining area on floor 15 outside of the buffet was occupied by many guests playing games since we had so many sea days but there was hardly any staff provided to supply drinks and dish removal etc. Two ports were removed, we paid for a cruise that had stops at specific ports, instead we received extra sea days. I understand this was out of the control of the cruise line but there should be an adjustment to what we paid. The services on these extra cruise days was sub par at best.

The excursions we booked through Princess were not what was advertised. Backroom tequila tasting in a tourist shop...not what I would have paid for. Only one of our excursions came close to being worth the money that was paid.

Cabin Review

Dated, shower had cracks in it. Stateroom attendant was amazing though and took great care of us.

Port Reviews

Fuerte Amador (Balboa)

The Gatun Lake monkey excursion was great, other than the nasty lunch. We loved being on the lake and the guide and boat operator were wonderful!

Huatulco

The tequila tasting excursion was horrible, in a back room of a tourist shop. I'm sure it was the friends or family of the driver. The silver shop we were sent to was again, just a tourist shop. The textiles shop was cool, it was fun to see how the make the tapestries. Overall though, not worth the price.

Puntarenas (Puerto Caldera)

Aerial Tram, Butterfly Garden, Sloth Sanctuary & Lunch

The tram is a scam and so not worth it. The butterfly garden is subpar as well. The lunch provided was great and we were able to see Iguanas by the lunch area. The only saving grace for this excursion was the sloth sanctuary. You should do an excursion with just the sloth sanctuary and then show us the town/city and let people shop.
