It's unfortunate that my cruise was heavily marred by Princess not giving the promotions I should have received, because otherwise it was a great cruise. I will not go on another Princess cruise unless they somehow make it up to me because they clearly have shown to this point they are untrustworthy, and you may not get exactly what you booked!

I booked the cruise specifically last-minute, because it showed (photos included) that I was supposed to receive two promotions (the 40% off, as well as what used to be called the Princess+ package - drink package, internet, crew appreciation, etc) I tried calling multiple times (usually hours+ on hold before someone even answers) once I booked and the receipt after booking didn't give me the promotions, however it showed it was supposed to get them when initially booking. I have attached photos (included here), and also took a video of this ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oRHVtCm_Kj4 ) , to prove I wasn't making it up. My response from Princess both on the cruise and on the phone was "Sorry, you can only apply one of these promotions, if you want the other one, it will be almost 2.5x the cost", DESPITE me showing the booking applied both promotions. I know I got a good deal on the cruise, but I booked it SPECIFICALLY because I was supposed to get both promotions. If I had known I wouldn't have got both promotions applied, I likely would have just taken the Holland America cruise in March out of San Diego to the same port locations. I have worked front desk as a hotel, and if a guest got a great deal and proves it, we would still give them that deal and mark it up to a glitch in the system, and IT would be at fault for it. Princess doesn't want to admit the mistake and screws over the customer instead of taking accountability.
