The Dates were good and the price was good so we took a 14 day Caribbean trip on Divina. The embarkation went well, and we felt totally safe from Covid. Everyone was tested 2 days before departure and at departure. Every adult was vaccinated. The ship was spotless. Our temperature was taken daily and hand washing was mandatory and closely monitored. In fact in the Atrium, staff stood outside the washroom and cleaned it after anyone left. Railings were wiped as soon as a person walked away from the railing, The hallways were disinfected regularly, we could smell the fumigation.

I found the balcony room small, smaller than on other cruise ships and we had a top rated balcony cabin. Drawers were small so they held little. The room steward was wonderful and friendly but made some major mistakes but apologized and improved immediately.

We were aurailia class and ate in the black crab dining room. Staff were attentive . We loved our waiters and the food was good, but helpings were not huge. The buffet seemed a bit lacking. I wanted more fruit than was available and could not get a banana most days. There were plain muffins and banana bread but not much else. There was quite a bit of melons. The food was repetitive. The pizza was wonderful and served all day. The morning omelets did not have many choice of things to put in them. I like cookies but there did not seem to be many. I like the alcohol system with a lower fee for basic wine and beers and a higher fee for people who wanted more. It make the all inclusive alcohol package reasonable.
