This trip has been 2.5 years in the planning. We were scheduled to sail on March 7, 2020 - spent the day at the port waiting patiently as the CDC checked out the ship to give it permission to sail. Sadly, that didn’t happen and we flew home the next day after spending the night at an airport hotel. Princess looked after everything and we were compensated not only for the trip, but for the extra expenses we incurred. This is why we will remain loyal to Princess!

Fast forward to January 22, 2022! What a beautiful ship! I had watched YouTube videos on the layout and services but it didn’t come close to the absolute perfection of this ship! Perfect layout! Perfect pool areas, restaurants and bars. The decor is spectacular! So glad we went on this ship!

Good Spirits bar was exceptional - ask Stefan for the perfect Negroni! The Hollywood Conservatory is the best place for a late-night swim and dancing! We splurged on Club Class and were spoiled by Sandy and Gladson at the Concerto dining room.

Cabin Review

Mini-Suite with Balcony

Our cabin was BEAUTIFUL! The bathtub was an extra treat that I enjoyed during cabin time. We had never had a balcony before so it was amazing to step out and see that the moon hangs upside down in Mexico! The blue glow from the Sea Walk added to the magical ambiance on the balcony at night.

The only complaint I can make is the bright, automatic light outside the bathroom door. Unfortunately it woke the other up when one of us had to use the restroom in the middle of the night. The nightstands and desk had a strip light way down low which would work much better if placed at the step going into the bathroom. I do understand that it is there for safety but the lower light would be appreciated.

The cream decor is lovely and THE BED!!! I had the best sleep I’ve had in years! Great pillows, fluffy duvet and high count sheets make you feel very spoiled!

It was worth every penny!!

Port Reviews

Mazatlan

We have been on the Mexican Riviera cruise 3 times before - we love the weather, the people and the food!

We chose to go back to Salsa & Salsa with our friends because we had such a great experience before! You learn 6 different salsa recipes, and make them. As well as margarita recipes, traditional and strawberry (yum!) and they served an open bar!

After making the food and drinking your fill of margaritas you have a fun dancing lesson to learn the Salsa!

Free time at the beautiful hotel with a spectacular beach follows and then an open-air bus ride back to the ship! What a perfect day!
