Bought a transfer from the Miami airport to the ship, but wound up having to pay for a taxi drive to get to the ship. Then they wouldn't reimburse me with cash but onboard credit. One of the port of calls was cancelled. Got injured while getting off the tender in Panama. Was not offered the chance to cancel the excursion and get my money back. Lastly came in at least one hour late for disembarkment on the last day.
Also it seems that certain food items are now being charged for. example different types of pizza.
rooms need more electronic plug ins. The information published in the cruise newsletter and even on some of the electronic signs was incorrect. Only had one specialty dining area open and that was the Grill (steak house).
