After waiting two years to cruise again, due to Covid, we had a wonderful, relaxing experience. Thank you Princess and your staff for all the pleasentries onboard. Patient staff who interact with many guests from all nationalities and cultures. Friendly interactions throughout the trip. An accommodating resort on the open seas with all your needs met. If you forget something, like a toiletry, princess and staff helps accommodate your needs.
We would like to thank our princess travel agent, Jasmine, who helped us rebook our cruise after covid restrictions cancelled our scheduled bookings. She was responsive, professional and accommodating to our needs for our upcoming cruises.
Only comment would be the internet access onboard. For the price of the package, it wasn't worth the access. Please focus on high speed wireless access to accommodate multiple guests and devices.
