We are Elite passengers with Princess having completed nearly 20 cruises. Princess do go that bit extra that's for sure, rarely have we had a grumpy crew member, all have been helpful, polite and cheerful. The Medalion worked faultlessly for us and it was great to order a drink from ANYWHERE on the ship and hey presto, it comes direct to you.

Pre cruising Covid Testing at Southampton was very well organised and our negative results were with us before we entered the terminal. Can't complain about that. The ship was only about 60% full which was nice but it wouldn't have bothered us if it was full.

Food as always was very good, particularly Alfredo's and The Crown Grill. Bar service was excellent. Entertainment was good but not outstanding. Read more
