Crystal is delightful once onboard the ship. No complaints. Every experience exceeded expectations. How things were handled at the Port of Miami both on departure and on arrival was nothing less than dismal. At departure there were lines, requiring to show passports and varying cruise documents at least four times. It took forever and was unpleasant. On return, once through Customs and Immigration, outside the bus that was supposed to take us to Miami Airport as a no-show. Hot and humid outside with no place to sit down for over 30 minutes until a bus appeared. The driver told us he was on his way elsewhere and was called back to the Port to pick us up. It was a good thing I had plenty of time to spare. After 14 days of being onboard the Symphony, the end was horrible. It seems rather difficult for Crystal to operate out of Miami as they don't have a regular dock each time the ship arrives. It makes for an unpleasant experience.
