Travelled, literally, on the worst time of the year so I expected things to go well as soon as I was onboard as usual. Though I had purchased transfers through CC for airport-ship and ship to airport, there was no one to meet (and assist possibly) at the airport. Managed to get to the pier and commence the embarkation procedure. Though justified in their efforts to screen passengers, there must be a more streamlined procedure. After about an hour I was able to board, and register and told to proceed to the stateroom and key card would be in the room. It wasn't, but another person was. Eventually I got to the room only to find empty champagne glasses and a rumpled bed courtesy of the person who thought that was his/her room.

Dining was not as it used to be especially for singles. Understaffed like everywhere else (though attentive ), limited choices in courses, one literally has to ask for things that once were anticipated. I guess CC spoiled me over the last 25+ years or so.

I sincerely hope that this was an aberration and things will eventually improve at CC and they are able to bring back a lot activities that went by the wayside. (their Ambassador host program for one)

Deluxe Stateroom with Verandah

Showers instead of tubs would be an improvement in my opinion. The products (shampoos etc) need to go. Overly perfumed and not very good.
