A Mississippi paddlewheeler cruise has been on my bucket list for years, and this was the perfect time to go. The ship, American Cruise Lines America, is perfect in size, layout, crew, food and entertainers. Our cabin was spacious, light and comfortable, on Deck 2, which I found to be the perfect location, close enough to lounges, but also in a quiet spot. Every meal was delicious, with choices and perfect service. The fare we paid included EVERYTHING, with no extras at all. The Cruise Line far exceeds all Covid-19 health and safety requirements!! We cruised from Minneapolis/St Paul to St. Louis and learned a lot about the geography and history of the river and the places we stopped. Everyone, from crew to residents of each town made us feel really welcome and taught us a lot about their special places. All of our fellow passengers were friendly, interesting and fun to be with.

I highly recommend the America, and American Cruise Lines to anyone, and I hope to have the opportunity to sail with them again!
