I have sailed many times with Royal Caribbean and a few others and I’ve always told others and only stuck with Royal Caribbean because of how nice everything is. This time was a nightmare. This was the first time my partner ever took a cruise and it was for her 30th birthday. She isn’t even exited about doing another. The staff at the main bar we’re above and beyond rude, half the items shown online were not available (complete false advertisement) if you have to shut things down due to covid atleast put that on your website, our luggage wasn’t even delivered to our door, but 10 doors down, our toilet stopped working, chose to dine on our time and then was just put into a time so we missed all of the shows and was put in the non vaccinated section when we both were fully. I’ve never had such an awful cruise from this line and considering it was my partners first and doesn’t want to go back I don’t think I will be as well.
