Went with a group. Time with group was great. The new medallion tool and app caused me way to much stress. Only worked to open door and charge purchases on ship. Absolutely no internet, email or phone use. Missed a prepaid land trip as I didn’t get notice. My email and credit were hacked upon boarding. Couldn’t address while onboard, even on their computers. Cruises are to be stress free! We were unable to pre reserve trips or restaurants online. Hold times over one hour on phone which cut off after that.

Food was Denny’s level, except the one night we were able to squeak into the Italian restaurant, which was 5 star! Alcohol watered down, house wine terrible.

Ship was terribly understaffed but as accommodating as they possibly could be. Couldn’t get extra towels as they didn’t have enough. I know Covid is responsible for some of these things, but that app needs to go. Spa gets high ratings. Had a great massage and used their jacuzzi. Ship was kept clean at all times. Best rave I can express.
