Ship's customer service desk said normal fare to old city center was $5-$8. Cab drivers at pier demand $10 per person. Just walk to the street and try to hail a yellow cab. Agree on a price before getting in. A family from the ship pre-arranged for a private driver to pick them up at the pier and drive them around. When we returned from the old city center to the pier, the fare was $10 for both of us. The old city center was worthwhile once you ignore the street vendors.
