We spent the holidays on the beautiful Equinox and just had a fantastic time! We had the Sky Suite (8336) and loved it. Perfect size and loved being on the back of the boat. Our butler and cabin steward were absolutely the BEST we have ever had on a cruise. We felt like royalty with how wonderful they treated us. Our cabin was always spotless and Eliya went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. We had a couple of spontaneous happy hour parties and she set them up perfectly!

The food on the Equinox is absolutely outstanding! The variety and presentation was excellent and the dining service was just the best! The team in the Luminae learned our names and our preferences the first day. We also ate at Murano's and Tuscan Grill. The Tuscan Grill was just okay, but Murano's was so good, we ate there twice! We also ate lunch several times at Sushi on 5 and the food and service there was just fantastic!

Now to address the nasty COVID situation. We had quite the outbreak of cases on our ship - so many that 3 ports would not let us dock. The staff did everything they possibly could, and had good protocols, but still the outbreak was pretty bad. So, we had 2 additional sea days - not that big of a deal. Read more
