First off they bug you with buying drinks every few minutes! The drink prices are outrageous and since we did not want to purchase a drink package because we were staying a total of 2 nights. When I did purchase a drink it was $15 bucks. Best to save your money!!! The food was mediocre to say the least. Another problem was whenever we put our credit cards on file for purchases me and my friend were both charged with a $50 hold on our account. We were very confused when hers stayed on there and mine went away. We figured it was just a hold to make sure we had money. On the way back we did not purchase a single thing on the ship or did we add our credit cards to our room. Time comes to De-board the ship and we about to walk off when they tell us our room has a hold on it. We go to the front desk and are told we have to pay $50 bucks!!! We already paid $280 altogether for the 2 nights. Turns out we had to pay an additional $100. The $50 on our credit card stayed on there and we had to pay an additional $50 right before de-boarding. For “gratuity”?? We didn’t buy anything the last night here. And room service was not top tier. We did not have a choice but to pay since we had to get off the cruise ship. Absolutely ridiculous and everyone else thought so too. I look at my credit card about an hour after getting off the ship and see a $66 dollar charge and I don’t know what the f*** that is from. So random. Save your money, time and effort. Book with a different cruise line.
