This was my second Princess Cruise. I gave it 4 stars since the ship really went all out to protect us from the spread of COVID and had outstanding food and excursions. It was somewhat lacking in production shows but the ship was only half full so I understand if they needed to cut corners somewhere. Frankly I’m not that interested in the shows, but rather more into the excursions and educational opportunities. We had 4 ports that we stopped at including Cartagena, Panama Canal, Costa Riva and Jamaica. Originally we were to stop at Turks and Caicos but because of some construction in the harbor we ended up in Cartagena overnight—which was great! That gave us the opportunity to visit the old town after dark and see the Christmas lights. We only had one glitch getting back to the ship that evening since the harbor closed the tourist area at the port for the night and locked the gate so we couldn’t get back to the ship (about 7:30 PM). We ended up going over a small chain link fence to get through! There was certainly some communication failure between the port and the ship!!!
Very clean room with a balcony. Only one chair in the room so you were forced to sit on the bed to watch TV. This was uncomfortable and hard on the back. Otherwise the cabin was fine—although a little small.
