Writing as europeans, that was our weakest cruise yet.

1) From a touristic point of view, there is absolutely not one single highland during the whole cruise. We first did not understand why Norwegian distributed bath towels on the different jetties. Well,.....because there is just beach and sun. Of course you shouldn't fly over from Europe to go to the beach. Better stay in the Mediterranian Sea : a lot of ancient history and cities.

2) We were supposed to leave NY at 4 pm; we were informed that, due to heavy traffic on the Hudson, we were delayed; I am a ships captain myself (who sailed on the Hudson several times!) and there was no traffic of importance...;later on, we were informed that we had another delay due to technical problems. Finally, we left NY in the middle of the night without any explanation....;according to the staff, that was probably not our business. During the whole trip, information and communication were extremely weak.....
