Three of us chose the British Isles cruise to avoid tests and paperwork, however five days before sailing we were informed we were going to France. This caused us so much stress along with the useless medallion. Spent ages gettting a time to embark but when we got to the port it was a free for all. It wasn't even organised chaos.

The ship was lovely but the food was disgusting. In the main dining room the meat was tough the food was cols and hardly any vegetables. I have never seen as much food sent back. The buffet food was always cold.

Most passengers were saying never again Princess. I emailed a complaint in October I haven't even had a reply .So much for the Princess Promise. Read more
