This is my fifth cruise this year. We have cruised with Carnival, Norwegian, MSC, Princess, Costa Pullmantur and Royal Carribean. I chose this cruise for my family because of the itinerary. We stayed overnight at Sweetfield Manor, Bridgetown, Barbados. Superb boutique hotel, before arriving at the port for check in. It all went smoothly you have to download the local testing sight app and after about 45 mins queuing a lat flow covid test was done before checking in and boarding the ship. Our cabin was already available and our bags were outside our room. From here onwards everything onboard went smoothly the only thing that is not like previous years is the wearing of masks inside if not eating or drinking. There have always been plenty of handwash machines. There were about 900 guests so about a third capacity. This was a real bonus. Plenty of sunbeds and no queing anywhere onboard. We went to the beach at St Vincent. Horse riding in Antigua. The Catamaran tour of St Lucia and a minibus tour of Grenada and Dominica. Apart from Antigua all tours had to be either Royal Carribean or government registered but all were superb. We normally make our own way round our destinations but considering the circumstances we loved every one of the tours and you are free to explore with your guide. Food drinks and cabins were fantastic up to Royal Carribean standard. We love the older ships as well as the brand new ones and don't have young children. There was still plenty to do for them aswell. Fantastic band Xtreme playing steel drum, keyboard and drums daily, perfect for the carribean. Absolutely superb cruise. The testing before and after is a complete pain but once on board nearly back to normal. Ready for our next one in April.

Cabin Review

Ocean View

All absolutely clean. Great cabin. Older spec but perfect for the age of the ship. Something that we love as much as the new ships. All in good order.
