This was our first cruise after the 2020 shut down. To say we were excited about it would be an understatement. Loved the ship and its crew. Why only a 3-star review? There are areas of improvement NCL can work on. But first, a bit of cruising history of us: this was our 7th cruise overall, 2nd on NCL, and 1st cruise out of a US west coast port. We booked NCL because they are requiring all passengers to be vaccinated. That added peace of mind sold us on NCL during these challenging times.

Getting to the ship - Air

We booked NCL's BOGO air promo for our cross country flights. The outbound flights were on-time and uneventful. Return flights were delayed and we ended up rebooking them through the airlines' app, but that's not NCL's fault.
