Went on a 7 day and really didn't think it was worth the money. .The ship was nice but everything else was terrible.. Customer service is not there number 1 priority on this ship.. I have been on several ships and never received service like this.. I'm now considering switching cruise lines as I cruise once or twice a year.. the cabins are small and if you go to the palm restaurant be prepared to sit and wait for at least 90 minutes for sub par food.. we were so excited to be on this ship and really wish they would of lived up to all the hype.. we waited a year and a half for this and really am not a fan of carnival at this point.. The sad part is I already have another 7 day booked for Feb and really wish I could switch it to a different cruise line to see if there better..
