This was our first Silversea cruise and we were looking forward to 12 relaxing days of 6 star treatment!

Good: Room was spacious. Loved the food and service at the Grill/pool bar. We had steak, burgers, fish, chicken, salads (all of which was great). Also enjoyed the brick oven pizza and gelato. Probably the best gelato we have had outside of Italy! We did not go to any of the shows, but really enjoyed the guitarist and the trio that played in various venues.

Ok: All our excursions were booked through the ship, none of which I thought were great. We had a snorkeling excursion that was advertised to be 3 hrs, which was actually 2. The club we were taken to for our golf excursion was pretty rough. We also had to wait almost an hour for our return ride. I believe the ship was recently refurbished, but I thought it looked pretty tired. The ship was kept pretty clean…. Except for the pool/hot tubs, which we decided to not use. Read more
