This review is based on the December 8, 2021 sailing. It was the Dawn’s first cruise since the shutdown.
In our opinion NCL’s Covid protocols were more reasonable than HAL’s so we decided to give them a try. They required proof of vaccination, negative Covid test which they supplied at no additional charge and we could roam about the ship mask free. We were both in a situation of use PTO or lose it so we gave them a try.
