This was a year overdue cruise. Medallions were a super plus for non contact . Within 3 ft your door would unlock, you bought something just tap a round receiver from ordering drinks to shops. The staff and customers all wore masks with NO hesitation. Everyone had to have a test to board then test 24 hrs prior to boarding and prove it with original documents. The staff was at each entry of buffet with 4 stations on each side of buffet (8 total)to make sure you washed your hands prior yo entry. The ship was at most 50 percent occupied. Muester was done by in your room watching a video and going to your muester station with your medallion that checks you in. They had the technology to keep up with passengers to make sure they adhere to the rules. EXCELLENT TRIP. All employees happy to be back at work and all passengers happy to be back on a cruise so there was never a question on safety as far wearing a mask or washing up. It was a mutual respect for each others safety to keep our ship safe. The medallion app on your phone or those less tech savvy the ships marquee located at each elevator can locate travel companions and if you get lost or trying to locate a place on the ship it will guide you like a car GPS to where you need to go. We had a fantastic selection of movies and sports to choose from in our room and displayed on the outside TV. If you are on the sky princess please watch the video on interview with the Captain. For me the only time I felt compromised was when we were in port with 6 other ships watching them disembark no masks and finding out they were packed with over 4000 people on board and were not required to have vaccinated..I saw most of us as we were getting back on the ship wearing our mask outside trying to filter through the crowd in-between the ships and even on the water taxi. There was no arguing or fighting to keep the protocol of safety like there has been on the airline. There was over 300 people that were doing a back to back not to tell you how many I saw that was already on their 2nd week. So all in all. Great cruise will do SKY PRINCESS anytime anywhere. I worry now that no other cruise will be able to measure up to the SKY PRINCESS..
