Sail Date: Dec 2021

This cruise started off as a complete cluster at the port in Ft Lauderdale. We arrived at 11 am expecting to board the ship. We were directed to sit down and wait. No explanation and very rude RC staff members. We were sitting in an area that one staff person directed us to and then a very rude staff member came and said you can’t sit here, go over there. So we did. As this area continued to fill up and more and more people waiting to board the ship. We waited over an hour in this chaotic mass of passengers. No one told us what was going on and it was totally unorganized. People that checked through security after us were boarded before us. No one explained that there was assigned dining. I understand things happen. Someone informing us would have been nice. I have sailed with RC in the past and expected the same quality service as in the past. This experience will be my last on RC. Nice ship, however, no one seems to communicate. Food was ok. Staff on the ship was very friendly and mostly helpful. Definitely needs better management.

Cabin Review

The cabin was comfortable and clean. Great cabin steward.
