By FAR the worst we've been on

Guest services are unbelievably rude, and have nasty attitudes. The food was TERRIBLE (I even found a tree LEAF in the gravy and the chef shrugged it off and continued to serve it!) The whole cruise was EXTREMELY boring, no poolside games and contests everyday or any kind of fun games and activities around and inside the ship other than some TERRIBLE trivia. The music was AWFUL, EVERY...SINGLE....ACT was DREADFUL. NOT ONE of them played any Christmas music. Instead, they played the same depressing, TERRIBLE cover songs and boring violin and guitar pieces. My mom paid for a spa facial with a gift card she won FROM THE SPA, and they refused to let her use it on most of the treatments available. Then, when the manager finally decided to do the right thing and honor it, which apparently pissed off the woman giving the facial (no idea why, she got tipped well either way) ends up giving the worst, most half ass facial she has ever had. PLUS she had a terrible, rude, uncalled for attitudes during the WHOLE thing, which absolutely ruined any possible good thing left of the experience. And we found out when we got our statement that one or more of the casino bar bartenders added unauthorized tips for most of our drinks for FOUR DAYS. We prefer to pay cash for tips to each bartender everytime to ensure THEY get the tip if they made our drinks and it wasn't split between them and the other half of the staff that just stood back doing nothing half the time. SOOOO many parts of the inside areas of the ship smelled AWFUL nearly everytimw you walked by. We went with a big group and had several different rooms, 90% of those rooms had broken or absolutely useless AC for the whole time. Maintenance was called out multiple times and either did not at all but pretended to fix it, or made it WORSE. We where directed by an employee to request a fan for the rooms so we could somewhat manage to not overheat in the cramped rooms, and guest services refused then lied saying they had no more or could only use them if we had a medical condition! Luckily our cabin attendant overheard us talking in the hallway about it, left and 5 minutes later "magically" had fans (which was incredible and earned him a good tip from our whole group... NEEDLESS TO SAY... We will NEVER be back. If rather pay double or triple the price to go on ANY OTHER cruise line. What an absolute WASTE of time and mBy FAR the worst we've been on too.
