We chose the Breakaway because the close proximity to home as we live in northern Mississippi. This cruise was very unique as we encountered the aftermath of the Cruise prior coming back with 17 positive covid Cases. I will try and be as detailed as possible:

Night before Cruise:

We stayed at the Hyatt right across from the Pier and was also right next door to the Marriott where they where doing the Covid Testing the next morning. The Hotel was very nice the only complaint I will have is the room did not cool down and it was very warm for December. Check in was simple and we parked out car next door at the Fulton Garage. If you pre-book the parking it ends up being much Cheaper ( $100 for Saturday to the following Sunday). The room was $197 total and cant beat the location. Read more
