Great entertainment, great food, and excellent service. Be aware that the kids' arcade (run by the casino) has a very sneaky, unethical practice. We were charged about $200 over the amount we paid for arcade credits. We wasted a lot of time dealing with this headache. What we learned is, there is no way to check how many credits you have left. The only way to know you've gone over the limit is by noticing charges on your account. !!! Any arcade on the planet lets you see how many credits you have left and alerts you at zero. Not this one. They will tell you they sent a written disclaimer to your room and that it states you should pay attention to your charges. However, nowhere in the letter (I have a copy) does it say that you can't check the credits you have left. Very unethical scam! Soured the trip a little for me, even though it was wonderful overall. Also, the supposedly "free" activities like the North star and iFLY, aren't really free. Because the free spots all fill up immediately (they only have enough for about 10% of passengers) and then the only way to do it is to pay. The spa also had some sneaky practices regarding coupon, but the people who worked there were great. And the teen center was very disorganized. What happened to all the group activities that were promised? But on the good side, some of the entertainment was simply excellent and the waitstaff was all above and beyond. Fun trip overall! I think I might give another cruise line a try next time.
