Our sailing on Harmony was back to back (day in between) with Jewel. The covid testing for our cruise on Harmony was very easily done and handled in minutes by the crew on Jewel. This was our 2nd cruise on Harmony, which was 5 years ago and we were delighted to see the ship as spotless as it was back then. Carpets, furnishings, fabrics were all in great shape. Oasis class is my personal favorite as I love the large feel of the ship, Central Park and Aqua Theater. Main Dining room and specialty restaurants were excellent, food delicious and served at the correct temperature. Jamie's Italian was amazing and seemed better than ever. We ordered 3 deserts, but they brought all of them out on a plank! Sabor was excellent as well with a tremendous amount of delicious options, more than we could eat, but we did try very hard not to waste anything. We usually opt for early or late sitting so we can have an assigned waiter and assistant waiter and were pleased to see that with My Time dining they still try their best to keep you with the same waiter and assistant waiter. They ask for your stateroom number and you will dine in the same zone and usually with the same wait staff, which was awesome. Only 1 evening we were seated with a different waiter, but in the same area. Our Waiter Roger and Assistant Waiter Narendra were truly the very best. Narendra also worked in the Windjammer in the morning, he made sure we had everything we wanted for breakfast and even found a missing family member when he didn't show up at our table who was at the other side of the Windjammer. He asked us if we would like some off the menu items for dinner, he was truly great. Entertainment was top notch, varied and many movies were also shown. Covid protocols were in place but did not deter from any of the enjoyment of the cruise. Service always friendly and helpful throughout. I highly recommend Harmony of the Seas and look forward to sailing on her again.

Cabin Review

Promenade View Interior

.This was the first time in a Royal Promenade view stateroom which we absolutely loved. It was very roomy for 3 guests and was kept spotless. Even though there was not an ocean view, the Royal Promenade and large window with sitting area provided some light. We usually have balcony rooms however to save costs this was equally as nice, walking aft was a fan tail aft aqua theater balcony and just a deck below the Boardwalk. We do not spend very much time in our cabin except for sleeping and cleaning up. When the cost is right we love the balcony staterooms mainly for the view without having to leave the cabin, however the cruise is equally enjoyable in an interior and many decks for viewing are just a few steps away.

Port Reviews

Perfect Day at CocoCay

I love Coco Cay, the varied lunch options are delicious. The island is beautifully landscaped and there are many free areas to enjoy. The kid water zone area and the Oasis Pool are great spots to cool off.

St. Maarten

We took the trolley tour which stopped at the Amsterdam Cheese factory which has some very nice dutch import cheese and gifts. They also had delightful almond marzipan cookies. This inexpensive tour of Philipsburg was enjoyable and saved on walking while letting us sample some of the best shops.

St. Thomas

We took the tram tour to the top for excellent views of Charlotte Amalie Harbour.
