This is the question my husband asked me on our Scarlet Lady Nov. b2b Nov 21 cruise. We are a fun loving 74 year old couple married 51 years and 60 cruises under our belt on many cruise lines. We have never had an awful cruise but we have had some that were Awe filled ...Scarlet Lady was amazing. The food was exceptionally fantastic and included...no specialty restaurant charges. The service was always pleasant. The crew were happy and fascinating, easy to engage and helpful. The Sea Terrace with a hammock was beyond my expectations. My poor husband only got 20 minutes in it in 11 days. The tips were included and no one ever asked for a tip. Room service was fast, hot, delivered in a bouy -like container. There were 180+ movies available included. Boarding was a breeze, even with included Covid testing. Beach Club and Bimini was a delight. No hawkers, just beautiful beach, great music and food and standard beverages including Coke products are included. I could not believe the difference with no photo hawkers and no children. We loved the molecular gastronomy at Test Kitchen. Brunch in the Wake was stunning. We do not drink alcohol and this is the first time in 40 years any server asked, "Would you like a beverage...alcoholic or non alcoholic?" Great not to be pressured to buy alcohol. We were able to bring bottles of non-alcohol wine aboard also. The shows were fun. Particularly liked the slightly risque Never Sleep Alone and in Duel Reality I saw people move through the air in ways I did not know bodies could move! I can hardly wait to return the Scarlet Lady.
