Sail Date: Nov 2021
Cabin: Mid-Ship Balcony

We loved the Jade and the cruise. We sailed on the Jade years ago before it was redesigned. The Jade’s balcony staterooms are much better, having larger bathrooms and slightly smaller closets. Bathrooms have a sliding door for the toilet. Loved the stateroom design.

NCL figured out how to keep passengers safe during COVID. We were tested before being allowed to board, were tested multiple times during the cruise and were tested before disembarkation. Passengers who had a positive COVID test had to leave the ship. There were about 10 people who were required to leave. Masks were required inside. Signage and social distancing was helpful.

At the buffet crew served. Loved this as a way to minimize passengers handling serving utensils. Felt safer on the cruise than at home.

Cabin Review

Mid-Ship Balcony

Loved the redesigned cabin with much larger bathroom (relatively large shower).
