embarkation was soooooooo slow, not the covid rapid test part, but getting your paperwork done. Just not enough staff, The boat was beautiful, the pool deck was not. The workers worked hard and were happy to be back to work. I havent been to a buffet that so much hot food was cold. It was so bad. The hollandaise & biscuit gravy wasnt even lukewarm, sometimes my breakfast potatoes were never heated through it was refrigerated and still cold in the middle, They need to heat it in the back thoroughly before they put it out front sometimes the bacon was hot and sometimes it was cold. Le bistro was excellent service was so polished and relaxing, but wth happened at Cagney's? The wait staff seemed chaotic, two of us ordered rib steak and it was so chewy like the meat was not defrosted enough and thrown on the grill, my son and husband didnt even finish it because it was a chore to chew it (and we are big eaters) The lamb and the desserts were wonderful. The beatles were fun, the two comediens meh, loved the santana tribute. debarkation was a breeze, no customs. bought day pass at the HILTON blue lagoon 65.00 for a family of four bettern than sitting at the airport for 7 hours the pool was cold, towels, luggage storage and shuttle to airport made it a good value. Everybody said you cant do scuba diving in Belize because of logistics. NOT TRUE the placentia ferry is only 15 minutes long last boat leaves Placencia at 3:30. two people got off the ferry and SPLASH Dive was waiting at the dock for them. I was totally bummed about that. Also it was posted all over the internet that Club balcony (or whatever it's called) wasnt larger than the regular balcony, just that the bathroom was bigger, NOT TRUE. I saw it and it is larger, even the cabin stewards told me yes. all in all it was nice
