Galveston - We checked in at the Carnival reception table at the airport, it was at the far end of baggage claim. When we arrived at the port there was a long line for our arrival time, 12-12:30. They moved us through pretty quickly. There were dozens of dolphins in port both at sail away and when we arrived back at 8am on the following Saturday morning.

We were originally booked on the Radiance out of Long Beach this week. When it was cancelled we booked a cove balcony on the Vista for 7 days. On the Vista the cove balconies are in the Family Harbor -such a nice area. We didn’t have kids with us, but we want to return with our 3 year old grandson, he would love it, too!

Room Cove Balcony - The family next to us reported that most rooms have a shower and a tub. There were two brightly colored, hooded terry bathrobes provided. Parents and children enjoyed breakfast in their pajamas in the family harbor lounge. It was so sweet! Read more
