My previously booked NCL cruise out of Portugal was cancelled and I was hoping to replace it with similar cruise in the same time block and saw this low-priced alternative but it was a big mistake. Terrible communication, never told me what was needed or even tickets, unable to reach MSC by phone or login in on website. Never told me port of Casablanca cancelled or that could not leave ship at port [with sole exception on MSC closed bus and if left bus tour would not be allowed back on ship]. Food and service were poor, room TV terrible, live entertainment, decor and gym good. For those used to American cruises, highly recommend staying away as this was at least 2 levels below NCL, Carnival, Holland America and the standard lines. Italian is the main language and I heard very little native english-speakers on the cruise.
