I heard more than 1 time from a friend at church, he cruises Princess Cruises frequently and claims that it's the very best cruise line in the world. On November 19 2021, this was our very first cruise experience with Princess Cruises and my wife's (Liliana) 60th birthday present to her. It was truly "unforgettable, fantastic, great, and better than we expected!"

From day one to the disembarkation, the entire Princess Cruise Staff was so friendly, courteous, and informative. We had the time of our lives on board and on shore with the excursions at the 2 ports of call, Costa Maya, Mexico, and Cozumel, Mexico. The ship was immaculately clean , the staff was most cooperative and helpful, the food was absolutely delicious, from the any or all chosen or recommended selections by our Matr'd, Carlos from Mexico, "D", from Poland kept our cabin in the best of shape, well-supplied, and answered any of our questions and fulfilled any requests made to him. The shows were excellent along with the activities aboard ship . We dined in the Concerto Dining Room for breakfast and dinner, and ate at the Horizon Court Buffet for lunch and also at the Trident Grill and Pizza station on Deck 16, as well as enjoying Afternoon Tea every day from 3PM-4PM. The bar service was excellent and the shows also were excellent. The shops were overwhelming stocked with souvenirs to purchase We did not go the Casino, Spa, or Medical Quarters, but know they were places to go should we choose or have a need to do so.

We spoke with Ann at Future Cruise Center and booked another Princess Cruise, the 14-day Italy, Mediterranean, Israel holiday from November 14, 2022 to November 28, 2022.
