America open up on the 8th Nov.2021 so we decided to take this trip on Silhouette leaving on the 12th. We had booked everything, flight, hotel, transport and cruise through Celebrity so thought we would be safe in the «bubble» which we were.

Two days before the cruise we took a covid test privately. This was accepted both by the ship and the airline. On the transatlantic crossing masks were compulsory.

On entry into America only our passports were shown.

Cabin Review

Concierge Class 1

Cabin is a sunset cabin right at the back of the ship on deck 10. This is a very quiet cabin with excellent views but everyday there was soot on the balcony so our stateroom attendant had his work cut out. We were given bathtowels to cover the sunbeds!
