My third cruise with Princess. They got it right this time. This is the first cruise I have had with Princess that I did not feel nickled and dimed to death. I enjoyed it so much I booked the same itinerary for March of 22.

The ship was half full. The staff was exemplary. The only thing I had to complain about was Princess itself, not the ship or the staff. That infernal Princess Medallion App for the phone is garbage. I spent half of each day watching it say "loading." This software needs to be seriously rewritten to load faster. The other irritation was the electronic information boards around the ship. They too loaded slowly, locations were not well mapped and directions were poor.

I had one thing go wrong with the room.....the glue on the dowels on the handle of the desk chair came apart. The steward replaced it within 24 hours. I did not have to ask. This is better than service in most of the hotels were I stay. Read more
