I was offered this cruise through a friend. This was the ship’s first American cruise since Covid and while there were some slight logistic kinks to work out, the staff was fully prepared. The staff was so polite, helpful and respectful. As far as on board activities, they were limited. Some seemed boring, possibly because there were only 1200 passengers. I also believe the average age of the passengers was 68 or so. The entertainment was not good at all. The show group was very amateurish and, frankly, not good. The individual singers at various places were poor. One singer caused me to leave every time she began, she was so bad. Also, the entertainment logistics need to be reconsidered. There is entertainment 25 feet from the Customer Relations and Excursion counters. When they are performing you have to yell to take care of business. Very frustrating. The dining was frustrating. The main dining was not fully open so you couldn’t go get food at any time. We wanted to eat lunch a little early one day since we had a 12:00 excursion but we couldn’t because nothing was open. The regular dining was ok but took a long time - 2 1/2 hours on average. The specialty dining was very good but expensive. The pool decks are beautiful and have very nice classy/comfortable furniture for cruise ship pools. It was very inviting and relaxing. It’s a nice cruise for honeymooners or couples but I wouldn’t take my family on it. I would take them on a different cruise that was more geared toward a more children friendly environment

Cabin Review

Ocean View 7

Nice cabins with adequate space. Plenty of storage for 2 people. Nice bathrooms again with plenty of storage areas.
