Just got off the MSC Divina and with only 500 passengers I am sure this contributed to the individual service provided by the crew. I did the survey but wasn’t sure how to send kudos to the amazing crew of the Divina.

So, here goes: the entire Crew Services but especially Alex from Brazil and Justine from So. Africa. The Crew Services acted out the answers to the movie trivia questions and by far were the highlight of the whole cruise. They hosted many games and we did well - - won a couple of times.

Our cabin steward, William, was a ghost and we never saw him but he kept our cabin “ship shape”, morning and evening.

Cabin Review

Premium Balcony

Cabin wasn't configured with two beds when we got to the ship - despite the annotation on our invoice and a phone call to customer service before we left home. Cabin steward fixed it very quickly. It was a little bit of a chore to get the scooter in and out of the cabin but we managed. No handicapped access cabins on Divina.
