If you want upscale service with a smile from the best staff and the best food at sea look no further than the Celebrity Edge. My wife and I have cruised many times on the following lines Carnival, Princess, NCL, Holland America, Royal Caribbean and Celebrity is the best. My wife and I are hard to please and we had no complaints. We originally booked a Sky Suite Aft 45 days prior to sailing but decided to place multiple bids on upgraded suites like the Edge Villa, Royal Suite and Iconic Suite. About 25 days prior to sailing we were notified that we got upgraded to the Iconic Suite at a bid that was 70% less than the normal asking price. We sure didn't expect that to happen. With all of the extra space we decided to invite a couple additional family members to join us. This cabin is awesome and included laundry service, premium drinks package, speciality dining, access to Thermal Suite at Spa, Hot Tub on huge balcony, fast wi-fi, dedicated butler for whatever you need. If you are fortunate enough to secure a Iconic, Penthouse, Edge Villa or Royal Suite you should do it. All of these things are included. You won't get some of these items in Sky Suite or Celebrity Suite. The Luminae is great food and service for breakfast and dinner, Fine Cut was excellent, Le Grand Bistro great for lunch, Eden was a dining experience not to miss, Raw 5 great sushi and seafood tower. The daily ice cream in Ocean View Cafe was great. The Retreat pool deck was first class with nice loungers and plenty of staff for chairs, towels and bar service. The ship was maybe 50% capacity the week we sailed 11/14/21. No covid cases were reported the entire week, captain give you and update everyday! We talked to lots of different people and everyone seemed to have a great time and no complaints. Disclaimer: This cruise seemed to be mostly folks in the 50 age range, gay friendly and very few young children. Almost forgot the Casino was lots of fun and the staff was great.I don't drink alcohol but my wife, sister and son said all of the bartenders were great and the drinks were delicious.

Cabin Review

Iconic Suite

Iconic Suite

Cabin is great for two couples or one couple with two children. Master bedroom has Oceanview and enormous bath with huge hot tub and big shower. His and her sinks. The second bedroom has king bed or you can request they be separated but that only puts a foot between them because of the hanging lamps from ceiling. The pantry is a nice touch which has fridge full of all your favorite drinks plus you get two bottles of liquor or wine. The tv in lounge part of room is huge and works great. You also have tv's in both bedrooms. Our butler Ben was awesome. He treated us like royalty and made things happen. The balcony is enormous but wasn't very useable during our sailing due to high winds especially on sea days. It's great when in port thou.

Fort Lauderdale (Port Everglades)

Pier 25 was great. The VIP lounge was nice with food and drinks.
