We have always wanted to see the Panama Canal & the city of Cartagena was also of interest, so the itinerary seemed ideal. However, it was a terrible experience. Rude staff in Guest Services (an oxymoron if ever I heard one) where we were given misinformation and an attitude. An “upgraded” cabin with a leaking sink that flooded the bathroom. Only took 1 1/2 days to get this fixed. At least the room steward thought to wrap a towel around the pipe to limit the leakage. Very difficult to get seating for dinner until I found Rui, the head of dining services. Food was marginal ranging from OK to inedible. That includes the specialty restaurants. As for the medallions, great idea…if they only worked! About 30% of the time we were locked out of our room. On bar tabs they would show me 3 pictures & ask if one was mine. Never was! All in all, a trip we will never forget, for all the wrong reasons! We are planning a cruise to Hawaii in Feb. 2022. Rest assured it will not be with Princess. Perhaps Princess should adopt a new slogan, “You cruise and we’ll abuse.”
