We choose this cruise as a cruise to no where! MSC are currently only allowing passengers to get off the boat on organised excursions. With no chance of going off on your own. As a 4 star resort hotel the boat was great. However you currently need to pre book on the day jacuzzis (15 minute slots), this may have been because it was french school holidays and the boat was busy. I made sure I did this by 8.30 each morning - even then most slots had gone.

We took the Aurea package, which meant we could dine when we wanted. For the school holidays they had 3 seatings for dinner which started at 5.45 - so glad we didn’t have to worry! All food is being served to you even in the buffet.

Our two teenagers spent a lot of time in the arcade, big shout out to Arturo and Marwa who were so helpful and smiley.

Cabin Review

We had a quad room with balcony, only grumble is the access to the wardrobe.
