First, the Celebrity Apex is an absolutely beautiful ship, the room was nice, the service people are great. Before I jump into my issues with their "family-friendly activities", I have a few notes below on the general experience.

Food:

The food was OK. The main dining restaurants are a great idea, if you haven't read, there are 4 restaurants that are included in main dining each has a few starters and entrees exclusive to that restaurant's theme. Cyprus is hand's down the best, followed by Normandie, Cosmopolitan and the Tuscan. The Tuscan was really disappointing for an "Italian" theme the food was meh, and the service was awful. Other than the bad experience at Tuscan all the other restaurants had amazing service.

Cabin Review

The room was nice, the air didn't work right for a day and a half but they did fix it. Our room attendant was fantastic. Pillows are super hard, please take your own.
