I met my husband over 5 years ago on the Norwegian Epic, so when we were looking at Honeymoons it was a no brainer. The itinerary was “the thing of dreams”. Cannes, Livorno, Civitavecchia, Naples, Messina, Dubrovnik, Corfu, Santorini, Kusadasi, Mykonos and finally Piraeus.

The embarkation was horrible, we are fortunate enough to be able to stand outside for hours and then go online without any problems. There was a general lack of information and organization. That culminated in lots of people not knowing what they had to do, waiting over 45 minutes for a “rapid” antigen test result and finally ending up in an extremely overcrowded cruise terminal with not enough seats (not great during COVID times)

The first port day we had the misfortune of disembarking over an hour late due to the weather in Cannes, messing up our whole day there, but then again … these things happen.

Cabin Review

Mini-Suite with Balcony

The cabin like always was lovely, plenty of hidden storage and an extra big shower. Our room attendant was beyond lovely. The room included one bag of free laundry.
