Going to try and make this as informative and short as possible while trying to break it down into categories.

Embarkation- This Terminal is huge and they have it pretty well planned out. The extra "COVID" checking moves right along and with an 11:00AM check-in time we were on-board by 12:10. Cabin ready by 1:30 and luggage was already at the door. In case your wondering, we are Gold level with no priority boarding.

Cabin- We were in a balcony. The new cabin design is really an upgrade for Carnival with different colors and placement of the bed. The closets are bigger and much nicer with pull out bins and shelving that can be configured to your needs. The shower is a bit larger but has a door instead of that clingy curtain but, the bathroom is small. This with the added closet space makes the entry very tight. We thought the improvements were worth it though. One warning about this cabin though is that it is two cabins away from where the deck curves outward so when you go out on your balcony the people on the corner deck can look right at your balcony. Lighting is great, air-conditioning is par for all Carnival ships. Close to elevators and while on the subject, elevators are much smaller but more of them than on past ships.
