Sail Date: Oct 2021
Cabin:

We felt super safe with all of the Covid protocols which influenced our decision. The weather did not cooperate (65 mph winds) so we missed 2 days of land activities. The crew was the best and they planned talks, documentaries, games, etc. to fill in the time. Water activities were all cancelled but we had hikes, winery visits, etc. Food and drinks were outstanding. Cabins are small and old but ok with plenty of room for our stuff. This was very casual at all times. The boat was only half full (41 guests) so there was lots of room. Because of Covid whoever you ate dinner with the first night was it for the duration in order to facilitate tracking if it had to be done. We lucked out with the best table of 6.

Excellent trip and so good to get away after 18 months! We have been on 2 other Uncruise boats and are now booking Alaska for our 4th experience.

Cabin Review

We wanted twin fixed beds and a door to the outside. The bathroom was tiny. We would book this cabin again.

Port Reviews

Portland (Oregon)

There is a large homeless population in Portland but although they made us sad they did not antagonize us. We went a little early and had a day to walk the river and cross the bridges and go downtown. There are many things to do there but we just wanted to wander. Masks are mandatory but not outside.
